I'm more of a Pho gal, but decided today's weather called for Ramen. I asked for the cashier's recommendation and went with the Tan Tan. Appropriately spicy, nice assortment of veg and the soft boiled egg was perfectly done. Noodles were tasty, I probably like mine with just a little more chewiness to them. Overall, a very tasty start to what I hope will be a lasting relationship.
