Every Vet/Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist I have dealt with have been so amazing, helpful, informative, and caring towards me and my dogs. Vet emergencies can be very expensive but I find them to be reasonably priced (for a Vet), and they always tell you the minimum and maximum amount that will be charged. I have been in there a few times with emergencies and I am so pleased with the outcome of every situation. They also answer questions over the phone and are very helpful. I would highly recommend SAVE for all emergencies, and their partner company, Elizabeth Street Pet Hospital, for all other vet care. Thanks so much for all you do!

Marco and his staff are amazing. Every time I go there they make you feel like part of the family. I would recommend SAVE to anyone that needs veterinary services. Thank you and continue the amazing work you do

Where do i even start... things started out amazing at this place and went downhill real fast. Brought my Dog in last September for limping issues, initially they told me my dog had a condition called pantiositis which is growing pains for dogs, after 6 hours sitting their endless xrays and a hefty bill i was sent home with pain meds and advised me that she needed to be spayed early to stunt her growth which i was not keen on. Needless to say i spay my animal in November, February comes around and my dog is STILL limping. I make an appt and sit in the room for 2 hours to not only have the vet come in the room mess around with my dogs legs and then never returned. I ended up walking out with a dog in pain i expressed my concern to front staff they never seem to care, someone needs to teach them some empathy with customers and their animals. Not to mention i drove from calgary to be stood up for an appt i was charged for. I then make an appt with my family vet and she advises me that my dog needs to see an orthopedic surgeon that she has been misdiagnosed and save is one of the only hospitals that has a surgeon yet they failed to mention this to me, she was confused why this was not recommended from the get go. I book an appt with the surgeon, just to see her alone was 800 where more xrays were taken and sent off to a radiologist where i was told the condition only existed in her front leg. My dog then has 3800.00 surgery and is sent home i was told she should make a full recovery however she might have sore joints however the surgery was the best solution for my dog. We are now in October and now my dogs back legs are going she is limping and crying in pain which is extremely heartbreaking for me as an owner. I have returned 3 times in the last month to this hospital my dog has been put on medication that makes her puke vomit and plain sad. I was then advised my dog needs another surgery and that i should give her to an organization if i cannot afford the surgery, without taking xrays!! I was floored someone would suggest me surrender my animal to an organization who says that to someone! I have spent well over 5000.00 at this vet hospital in the last year and they show 0 empathy 0 concern or 0 interest in to helping you other then jumping at what they "think is wrong' and pumping more and more money out of you. I FINALLY got a lady today who was super helpful and offered to send the surgeon an email on what is going on with my dog she even went as far as offering to get some pain meds for my animal so she can stop crying in pain (thank god their is someone who works their who actually cares-bless her heart if i could remember her name she was lovely). I got more accomplished with her then i have in almost a year of bringing my animal their. My dog is everything to me and she is my world its extremely concerning to come into an office where you feel like the front staff don't seem to have the same love for your animal that you do. My family vet kisses my dog hugs her and almost cried when she saw my dog in pain, i got a sorry this is trial and error just like humans. SEVERELY disappointed customer.

Love it there. Assisted a girlfriend taking her dog there. Front-end staff are awesome and the Vets are great. Had an issue with one of the techs thinking he knows what is best for the dog over the owner. Dog is terrified of men and he thought it be best that he moves the dog instead of the owner. Poor pup was totally stressed out for no good reason. The other techs I dealt with were great and listened to the owner when she gave directions and advice on how to make it easier on the dog.

The staffs and doctors here are amazing people. Bobby came for a TPLO surgery and discharged the next day. Being an ordinary dog owner knowing nothing about the post surgery care and challenges involved, I kept on phoning the staffs and asking the doctors for directions. They worked tirelessly answering all my concerns and clam me down professionally. Thanks for Fay, Rhea, Dr. Marco and Stacy for the help. Special thanks to Dr. Remedios. Good jobs to a good team of caring staffs at SAVE!

My sincerest gratitude to the staff and doctors at SAVE for managing a difficult visit with the utmost sensitivity and compassion. Special thanks to the attending doctor who quickly recognized that my son needed to be with his cat during her procedure and took the time to explain and involve him in the process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I always thought highly of this place until I experienced to be completely ignored for the second time in a time of special need as breeding process is time sensitive and special PERIOD. Receptionist took my information and for the second time I never heard back from them. They claim to have specialists on staff and I believe it is more about ignorant receptionists than the actual doctors. Last time it was even more sensitive than ever as the exact date of ovulation would have been missed if I didn't keep on making phone calls until I got an answer. BTW I paid for a test to have it done and have it followed by their phone call. Don't count on it!

Dr. Marco Bregliano has seen my puppy who was limping on his front leg. The x rays and the exam were done. I found Dr. Marco very professional dealing with my baby. He examined his 2 legs and already knew what the problem is, the x rays have confirmed it. He send me a super detailed information about the problem, its description, a recovery plan he proposed, and all the information we spoke about was included in the medical record he has sent me together with a copy of the x rays. He was also available to speak and called me after I left a message at the reception. It has been a pleasure dealing with the pro as he is in what he does.

Very impressed with this clinic. We brought our senior lab in for an emergency visit as we thought she had had a stroke. The vet, Amber, was so pleasant with us & sweet with our dog. We felt confident in the advice she gave & our dog is doing much better.
