The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Clean, tidy/ organised, very child friendly.

Expensive but fabulous selection and staff were exceptional

I have to say that I will never stop at the NW location again. Staff who are unable to process orders, because they can not read the computer screen should not be hired. I walked out of the store yesterday, as it was painfully slow and they ( two women) working with one customer is ridiculous. Online from now on.
