Love Love Love Scotia Dental Choice! From the minute you walk in to minute you walk out it is top quality service. Andrea at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful, she always seems to help make our lives a little easier.
We brought our toddler in for her first dental appointment to the Scotia Dental Choice. We were a little nervous as we didn't know how she would react but the staff at Scotia Dental Choice gave us a warm welcome and really made our daughters first visit very fun and enjoyable. Dr. Cottle gave us a great check up and some really great pointers for the future.

It's funny to say I actually enjoy going to the dentist...but its true! The front desk ladies are so warm, friendly and accommodating. My hygienist is thorough, intelligent, and awesome and the dentist takes the time to actually explain to me what is going on in my mouth! I leave smarter every time!! :) Thanks Scotia Dental Choice! I've been with Scotia Dental for close to one year now and I would highly recommend them to all post-secondary students who are insured through their school. The receptionist at the front desk, the dental assistants and Dr Cottle are all very friendly and understanding to students, they are never pushy when recommending their services. They are very upfront with informing you of the costs, specifying what's covered under your plan so you don't incur any unexpected charges. Very grateful for this!

I was looking for a easy and accommodating dentist to fit my busy schedule the surpassed this expectation. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
They had me in and out in less then an hour and Dr. Cottle did not pressure me into anything just gave me my options which was best for me and let me decide which suited me better.

Great people, quick appointments if you are having an emergency. I called them at around 9:30, they had an appointment for me at 10:10 and fixed my issue. Christopher went through my options but didn't pressure me to go one way or another and explained everything. This will be my go-to office from now on.

Went in there to get my wisdom tooth checked out and the staff there were so professional. Would recommend this palace to my friends and family, I also like the fact that direct bill rather than waiting for a cheque in the mail.

Dr. Cottle and his staff are exceptional. I have a unique set of dental limitations which other dentists have difficultly dealing with (and are frequently quite rude about). Not at Scotia Dental Center! The staff really do care about their patients. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and centrally located dentist.

Good dental office, they try hard to offer good service and are friendly & professional to interact with. The dentists I had were knowledgeable and experienced as well as ethical. Although dentistry is generally very expensive, I found that Scotia Dental Choice offered a competitive price and kept on top of my insurance company to reduce the amount of my deductible.

These guys didn't bill my I insurance properly and never once called me to tell me there was a problem. Instead they just sold my bill off to a collection agency and I found out years later that I owed the collector a grand and it was too late to claim it with insurance. A phone call would have been nice Scotia Dental!
