I never have to wait long to see a teller

I always have a wonderful reception and when my credit card was used without authorization they stepped up and took care of everything and money was returned in a couple weeks. They go out of their way for my sick dad. Always bringing him a chair and always asking how he is. They so advise me about different accounts and what would work for us . Always a pleasure to go there.

Impossible to call and they are soooooo unhelpful go to cibc just down the street

They're very nice staff but the financial adviser I went with messed with my banking which threw me into overdraft and now have my savings and chequings account mixed with one another and money has been coming out of my savings when I had it set to never take money from this account. Sticking with the Chinook location as I usually do from now on.

Have my personal and business accounts at this branch. Am always treated with respect. Most of the staff know my name and call me by my first name. I kinda like the friendliness of that. Sometimes they may be a bit slower than other times but aren't we all. I have been with Scotiabank for 37 years and this branch for 16 years. I'm not likely to change. They would have to go out of their way to treat me poorly enough to leave.
