I always get the best of service here. The people are pleasant and curtious. Rarely a line up. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Very rude. Twice I've been in there to open an account and both times they have came across as pretentious and just didn't want to do any work. I will not be opening an account here that's for sure

Worst Scotiabank in Calgary absolutely no reguard to help a customer who lost his debit card .oh yeah the manger is a rude aswell who has no common sense when it comes to helping the customer once again this is the worst Scotiabank in Calgary by far. Avoid these people too much of a nightmare learn from me. :)

I will rate this branch O if i could. i am really upset with the financial adviser who is careless about other people's money and needs.
I was told it just need a week to cash my RESP; but a month has past since i set up to cash some of the RESP, i still didn't see my money.
The financial adviser first said he would inform me once the money is ready. two week later, no infor from the adviser, i emailed him and he responded that a bank draft was mailed from the financial team; three weeks past, nothing arrived. i contact Scotia bank invest line and was told there was never a bank draft issued and the money is setting in my investment account. I sent an email to request an appointment to withdraw my money. The financial adviser would not respond to my request.
How can i trust these people? I guess they just don't care as long as they are receiving commissions.

I f**king hate their phone service, it drives me up the freaking wall. I want to ask some question not answer six different bloody automated menus before getting the wrong person.
