horrible horrible service !! April 29!!

I wish I could give 'negative five star' to the service in this branch! The tell was wearing a LONG face to customer from the beginning.

on April 29, I'd like to print account summary information, just one page, very easy. However, the teller was unhappy for that.

Besides, I printed monthly statements from home and bring to branch to get stamped. But the stamps on the papers are not so clear (could not see the bankname and address) and I ask if she could use the stamp ink pad and make the stamp work better.
the tell did not look at me and just throw few words "this is the stamp we use"......NO!!! I know you are using the stamp!! But I would like you to use the ink pad to make the stamp more clear!!!! Finally all my papers are stamped, but the stamp quality was the worst, I can not even read the 'SCOTIA BANK" on the stamps. I was so angry and left.

I never forget her face and her eyes on me at that moment. She didn't even look at me when I was talking to her. It seems like the tell was not willing to serve any customer, even an easy request can make her unhappy.............

April 29 ! I never forget that day! Very disappointed...........
