Manager is super nice, help full and manages branch really well. Always appreciated their help and friendly welcoming.

I had no problems with soctia so far , although some of the staff don't look interested in their jobs or customers but they still get the job done

DO NOT go there for financial advise!!!! They will screw you bad, won't talk to you or help you fix their mistake and you will be stuck calling head office who will say they have notes (dated the day I asked them to help fix my problem) on the account saying they explained it was my mistake not to ask them the first time.

Worst team of scotiabank. . Called so called customer service manager (rude and unprofessional who know nothing). She was even worse than the so called financial advisor .

In short people working here know nothing, so double check with some other branch to make sure these people don't screw you with their so called customer service.
I have to move to NW branch and commute from NE to be safe.

worst experience for me today. 😠😠 bad customer service on this branch. the scotia main should check this branch and do something since this branch will definitely ruin the Name of the institution.

it's been 20 days somebody hack my account and take 1600$ from my account . bank told me we are doing our investigation and your money will be returned in 10 days and after 20 days i called today and they are still saying it gonna take some more time. they are frauds as far as i am concerned i think they are also involved in this scotiabank is not good at all i won't prefer anyone to open an account in this bank i didn't see a worst bank than scotiabank in my whole life.

READ THIS SCOTIABANK PEOPLE. Worst branch in Canada. They wouldn't let us sit for opening an account for a newcomer relative. The lady who calls herself Jyoti Singh (financial advisor) really needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE. She wanted us to open a bank account "at the counter"... standing the whole time. The brand itself is good but this branch by itself has the worst employees EVER. Maximum negative points if possible. Fire them all and get new people. These people are ruining your brand.
