Wow. The Branch manager and front reception are great. Customer service representatives otherwise are clueless. Worked on my issue for a month and found nothing at all to help. I had to continually call to followup with them. No accountability on accepting its an issue, hence no rush to get it resolved. Very sad really...

Aweful service and the Branch Manger is extremely rude. I also have moved my accounts to another financial institution.
