Scotiabank

Absolutely the slowest banking service I've ever received, with several individuals. Not sure what it is, but this branch seems to employ some of the least understanding, helpful or competent employees of any bank I've ever been to. My mortgage, business & personal accounts with this branch have all been a struggle is some way. I'm never returning to this branch and switching everything to elsewhere.

Unfriendly staff and complete lack of knowledge makes dealing with them very frustrating.

This branch seems like a training branch for Scotiabank, every time I have used their services I always get a run-around and never what I want accomplished without being requested to make an appointment for the next day.
After going to this branch I've gone to another more competent Scotia branch and have no issues processing transactions or talking to a manager. Even though the bedington branch is close and convenient to me I will spend the extra gas and time traveling to another Scotia branch where I know they will bend over backwards to assist me and make things right.

If you need to call them expect to be put through a run around system and it is nearly impossible to talk to a real person. It is so frustrating and even if your account is affected by what they do, if you don't have an account with the bank they do anything to try put the blame on your bank. Yup, now I am out $45 thanks to them and I have been trying to straighten it out but so far, after many calls, I finally got a person only to get re-routed and am now hoping to get a call back.

Always able to get the service I need on the occasions online banking can't help me. The service here is tops. Never waited in line without customer service asking to help direct me to assistance. Changed my ATB & BMO to this branch this year.

I can never get done what I am asking from cashier to do, I am constantly being given wrong information, my account is always mishandled, I am seriously thinking of changing my branch as this beyond unprofessional, very doiisapointed
