Worst costumer service experience EVER!

I have applied for a line of credit back in December, around the same time I have opened up my business as well. While we were sorting out the line of credit, I have mentioned to the person we were dealing with, that I will need a business account. He was pretty helpful, told us that he will arrange an appointment.
I was still employed and considering that the line of work I do is weather permitting, I wasnt in a rush to proceed further with my business related stuff.
Sometimes in February my boss calls me and asks to tell him about my plans, didnt understand what he wants untill he told me that Scotibank called and left him msgs on 3 occasions, mentioning my name and my business account..I never got one single call.
Its not enough that SCOTIABANK RELEASED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, JEOPARDIZE MY JOB BUT DIDNT EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED!
Good enough i guess, we decided to change bank and opened up persobal/business account at RBC ,but for the line of credit they werent able to give us the same intrest rate that we have with Scotia, we decided regardless the inconvenience they put me through and poor costumer service we stay with Scotiabank.
So my gf makes an appointment to open up a business account 3 weeks in advance, she makes a follow up call on Friday, just to make sure that its all lined up and we have all the necessary paper work to open up a business account.
We show up at the branch the next day, little before 1pm, after waiting 15 min we are called in to an office where the lady tells us that shes sorry,but she doesnt know how to open a business account.
So we ask for the manager, I tell her again the whole ordeal that they put us through, from the beginning, and all she does is trying to find excuses..its DISGUSTING, INCOMPETENT NOT TO MENTION UNPROFESSIONAL, A NON EXISTENT COSTUMER SERVICE!
And now again im forced to go on a bank hunt and waste my free time,becuse after this experience I REFUSE to deal with them any longer.
AVOID SCOTIABANK!

Never help me and scotiabank i think is the worst bank in all canada

Highly not recommend you to have any business with them

Why is setting up a new account so difficult? Why are banks so bad at this part? It seems critical to their business, but they're all either awful at this part or awful at everything else.
