Not a trust worthy branch, don't stand up to commitments. Highly unreliable as a bank.

I went to open a checking account and there was only one teller. She said she couldn’t do it and I would have wait for this other lady who was helping someone. I told the lady I would wait over by the coffee to let me know when she was finished. I saw she was finished so I went over and another man tried to get in front of me. The bank lady didn’t do anything or say anything. I told the man I had been waiting for her. She gave the man kind of a look like I don’t know what is going on. She wasn’t very nice, but helped me and said to the man who was waiting when I was finished I’m so sorry you had to wait. The online staff are very helpful, but this location seems to be always bad.

Soni is great. Very informative and had lot of patience. She addressed all our questions.

This has been my main branch for years. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with service, even when I happened to go the day after they were robbed!

Poor customer service, and rude staff.
