The manager fixed a long going issue with my credit account.

They don't like a cash deposit at a counter. All employees will encourage you, go to the ATM or another branch.

We put our money to the bank we think it's the most safest place but when a bank manager like Brad rocks your money is not safe !be careful he is look for your small mistake and he will block the account then he will never give your money he will say it's been forded your are involved with this fording!
It's five people I know he did that!
soon he will get busted!

Great service and understand their clients needs even though it might take some time, they want to make sure you leave happy. I live in the NW and drive the distance to this branch because they have always processed my requests without hassle and without making an appointment for the next day like some other Scotiabanks

I recently visited this branch to open an account with them but their customer service was so off-putting that it turned me away to look for a new bank that will actually value a customer. First they had me line up at the customer service and then into another line and back into the customer service line for god knows how long but anyways, I finally get to talk to someone only to be told that I need to book an appointment THEN open my account but they were like we don't have any time slots available until next month, NEXT MONTH ARE YOU KIDDING. They were also extremely rude. I saved myself the hassle and found that ATB is the way to go. You can open accounts online in less than 10min and they are always so customer oriented. So yeah Scotiabank is a great bank if all you want to do is get passed between rude advisors that don't know much

If it is a corporate accountants bank you would think I should be able to cash my check???

They do have excellent customer service here in comparison to other sites.

Very disappointed with this branch, the personal banking officers are never available when you need them urgently, they always require appointment which is few days away. They don't have any sense of urgency. I certainly understand that they are busy but I think they should put customer FIRST and try to accommodate. This is not the first time I have experienced this with this branch. It's about time for me to change either my financial institute or the branch, I'm really fed up with the service provided by this branch.
