Staffs was discriminated toward to the group of Deaf that came out for a movie night. However, movie and foods was good but price still expensive as usual. But not impressed how staffs treated a group of Deaf.
Good atmosphere here. My experience is that the kids working here are very helpful and have nice attitude.
Decent movie theater, games outside and a nice spread of food options. Come early to get a good seat.
The Imax theater is amazing, I have seen many films in it and I always feel like I am right there especially in the movie Dunkirk
Not the best theatre in town and I only say that because they have expensive ticket prices and not the best theatres to back in up. Seating could be better, and with only one IMAX screen it's not the best bargain in town. Landmark Cinemas offer more comfortable seating at the country hills location for the same price, therefore personally making it a more enjoyable experience.
Honestly I love the atmosphere inside the theatre lobby. I think the decor is really cool and I have since I was a child. One of my favourite theatres as well. 10/10.
I find its alright you pretty much can't just walk in for a movie on Thursdays Fridays Saturdays or Sundays during their peak hours or you won't get in. It may be because they are connected to Chinook mall. Other than that it's alright washrooms are some what clean and theatre is alright they usually keep it clean
Absolutely exceptional!
My daughter got violently ill not even half way through a movie tonight. We rushed her to the washroom but she had made quite the mess in the theatre.
After we got all cleaned up I approached a - I'm assuming supervisor to alert her to what had happened and apologize and she was very nice and understanding about it. She also offered to refund our tickets since we had to leave early which I was literally shocked at.
I wish I caught her name but in the rush I didn't. Thank you so much for your understanding and kindness... And for cleaning vomit. We are so sorry ð€¢
If you love wading through crowds and loud spaces to get to see movies still weeks after release. As well as showing up really early to guarantee a good seat. This is the place to go. If you aren't fine with all of the above there is better theaters around the city. Only reason I go to this one sometimes is with a few persistent friends that are convinced its the best one in the city.
