Nice and welcoming staff. Good interior makes you feel you are close to a lake. I finished my workout and decided to indulge myself with food. I ordered their Cod & chips, and Noris Beef burger. The wait time was not that long, around 10-15 minutes my food was ready. I got my Cod and Burger, I also asked additional mayo since I find the burger looking dry. Cod was good, a little bigger than the palm of my hand. The batter was good, not thick but crunchy. The slaw that came with the chips was normal, nothing special. The chips were good, and you'll know it's freshly cut and fried. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The burger is good but could be better, I take that their specialty is Fish and Chips but it's on the menu so I was hoping for their own take on a beefy burger. The beef patty was thick but a bit small compared to the bun. Nothing special with the burger. The service was great which really wants me to come back here and try other stuff. I'll be back here for sure!

Great atmosphere, it felt like we were at the Lake. We had the halibut fish and chips. Batter was light and crunchy and done perfectly. We felt welcomed with our two young kids as well. We will be back!

Stumbled upon this place today - what a wonderful find!!! I love fish and chip and this is by far the nicest I have found in Calgary. And they have mushy peas to make the meal complete! Lovely staff and a comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be going back again - and again.........!

I had the two piece halibut and chip with slaw. It was delicious. The fryer grease was clearly fresh as everything had the bright not burnt taste. Little pricy at $23 for the portion received, but I for sure would eat here again.

I love it here! Decor makes the restaurant feel like home, and vintage. Fish is fried very well, and tastes fresh. Cost is also great for portion sizes. Would highly recommend for everyone!

The fish & chips here are to die for.
How ever we pre ordered so our food would be ready for pick up was a waste of time... when we went to pick it up they hadnt started cooking it yet.. we ended up waiting for 45 mins...
That was my only turn off... otherwise the good was great.

I get take out more often than not, and always have the 2-piece haddock. The food is always prepared in a timely manner and is delicious. Despite being so far from the coast this is a great fish and chips place.
