The store is super busy bcz of the closing sale. Items are up to 30% off last week. On of the male cashers was slow, but the other female casher was super nice and helpful. The item I wanted to purchase didn't have the price tag. She checked whole store and back stage and fined the exact item with tag. She was even running to not let me wait too long. After I paid, she noticed a small defect on the item, so she quickly went to grab the same product for me to take home. I really appreciate her help. 5 stars for the lady!

Liquidation sale is not as great as one would hope. Everything is pretty much 20% off, however even with the discount most places sell the same item for lower at regular price.

Staff pleasant and helpful despite company difficulties. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Really hope Sears makes it.

Purchased a floor model Cabinet, at time of purchase there were no scratches, after the dock guy wrapped it and we unwrapped it at home there was a large 5 inch scratch, contacting them to get this resolved, never able to speak to a manager, they said it was our fault we scratched it even after the salesman said there was no scratches. They never had delivery when asked, had to ask a friend to drive it back for us, says they are willing to take a return for it if we brought it back, huge inconvenience one after another. Never admitted to their fault. Also their dock pick up is not properly regulated, just show up with a receipt and get the item, fill up your own license plate. Given if the purchaser of the item lost the receipt or dropped it on the way there, someone who picked up the receipt can easily pick up the item since they don't check for identification or anything, and just write down a fake license plate since they don't verify that with the vehicle either. Terrible terrible service don't want to deal with these people again. Sears closing down so they probably no longer care for reviews anyways

Struggled to get down elevator and staff just ignored me and walked past. Another customer with 3 kids in tow stepped up immediately and helped me. Poor poor customer service!

Walked into the store did not enter the vehicle number to register the vehicle and got a $65 parking ticket. I entered in to the store 1.16 and came back to the vehicle 1.21 They issued parking ticket at 1.20.i went there to pick one of my friend from inside the store. saw the guy who issued the ticket and he said he cannot do anything now.i phoned the Indigo WestPark to explain but they didnt accept what i explained. Apparently my only fault is stopping at Sears and not registering my vehicle. I will never put my foot in this dump of a store again.

Another parking ticket fiasco! My wife was at this Sears last week, & got a ticket. She agrees with the other posts, & will not be shopping at this Sears/North Hill shopping center again. These parking tickets seem like a really good way to lose a lot of business.

Walk into the store did not see the sign to register the vehicle and got a $65 parking ticket. This after buying a pair of jeans for my son's birthday. i phoned the Indigo WestPark to explain. Apparently my only crime is stopping at Sears and not registering my vehicle. They refused to tear up the ticket. If Sears thinks that this is in someways good for business they are sadly mistaken. I will never set foot in this dump of a store again. And to make matters worse you can't even contact the manager. They choose to hide behind voicemail. Its sad that a once proud name in Canada has turned into this.

Called asking for a bike that I saw online, they said its all discontinued, like basically all of them. This franchise is pathetic and a joke.
Just gave them a 2-star instead of a 1-star because Maria did a great job on the phone. On the bright side, I got good customer service from this store unlike never before.
Big Thanks to Maria for her great help and a big thumbs down to this store. Owner ''is always too busy to talk'' so he spends his time writing down pathetic responses to other bad reviews without compromising customers. LOST MY BUSINESS unless they wanna do something to make up for this B.S
