Sears Department Store

My wife and I stroll through this location when we're at the mall. I keep hoping to run into something good, but high pricing and cranky employees (though I would be too given the news) keep me away from the register.

Stupid and useless sale... No wonder they went out of business

Its easy to see why there going out of business. HIGH PRICES! And 20% off to start liquidating still makes there stuff high priced. As usual they are disappointing and poorly managed

If I could rate a 0, I would. Horrible service. Bought a bed and arranged to have it picked up and ready for 6:45. I had movers meet me there to pick up the bed. Waited with the movers for 20 minutes with no one helping us. They needed 3 people to stand around looking at a stroller for that whole 20 minutes. It was 45 minutes LATER that anyone found the bed. Due to their poor organizational skills, I had to pay the movers for an additional 45 minutes!

Not one apology and no consideration for the lack of organization on their end.

The southcenter phone system makes getting through to the Hardware department very difficult. I wanted to check if an item was in stock at their store but was unable to get through to anyone who could check this for me. I ended up travelling into the city to check in person and of course the item was not in stock.

Fortunately a young fellow in the department was able to help me and let me know that the part could be ordered in. The in store experience was good but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the phone system or whomever manages the hardware department.

Sears Southcenter is rapidly building a reputation of hiring and condoning rude activity amongst their "Customer Service" personnel. My last two experiences there have been no exception. Sears, any Sears used to be a great shopping experience. Not anymore and never again.

Sears used to be a top notch department... now it's a fall from grace since its closing store across North America. Sorry it's about quality not quantity. During moving day, two men of African origin brought a gas stove and verbally attacked or bullied one of my parents because they were grumpy. Unprofessional. Never wanting to invest in their products ever again. Hopefully you guys shut down like you did in Chinook years ago.
