Busy but people there were trying best to help in the store. ONLY IN THE STORE. Don't expect to get help from them when you are loading item in/on the car. They won't do because of some policy/warranty thing.

Poor service in this store. Hard to find someone to help you if you have a question as they are all too busy chatting with each other over in the corner pretty much every time I have gone in. When I inquired about a part I had lost for one of my Kenmore appliances they just told me they didn't have it there. I had to press the matter before they were finally willing to provide me with information as to who to contact to order the part.

Worse service ever!!! They sure did a good job selling us the dishwasher but now that it is broken and still under warrenty no one wants to help. Why buy extended warrenty when it doesn't help you get service. Its been 7 weeks of trying to get someone out to fix my dishwasher and no luck. Each person tells you parts are ordered, parts are in but no one comes out to fix it. You call the next day and they give you a different answer. Called the service department which is located in US. Really? How are they going to help me in Canada. Called the store where dishwasher was bought and told my story to 3 people. No one knows anything and no one is helping. Just doesn't make sense. We have bought always from them but not anymore and you should think twice to buy from here and buy extended warrenty. Poor service! Doesn't deserve 1 star either but it wouldn't allow me to comment without pushing at least once. Don't buy anything from them.

Worst service I have ever experienced. The sales people were rude and complacent. When I complained to management I was told the sales people are "now paid hourly and they don't care because they no longer receive commissions". The store manager Phil started yelling when I questioned his ethics and said "his employees make $30,000 a year less now and have the right to be upset". It's a shame this is what Sears has become and its no wonder the company is in the shape it is.

This is the best Sears Home store in Calgary. They not only have way higher quality furniture than The Brick they don't play games. I went to every furniture store in Calgary over 20 including the other Sears Home store. They gave me the best price and my living room is going to look fantastic. My girlfriend loves me even more now. Sears Brentwood baby. Kumar and the store manager are awesome.

I normally don't write reviews but I felt to write a review this time because I got the best service from a gentleman name kumar. We went there to buy a sofa recently. Kumar helped us in making the right decision. He is knowledgeable and very patient . At no point we felt that we were under stress or any pressure. He worked hard with us in picking the right type of leather and colour we wanted. He also negotiated for us with his manage and gave us an awesome deal. The similar type of system Sofa we saw at th competition was 500 dollars more . We spent quite a bit of time there back and forth and he was with us whole time and give us attention we needed. We recommend his service to anyone who is interested in buying any furniture. Thanks for your help kumar.

Mistakes, mistakes. Incorrect item ordered twice by salesperson (Katherine) and delivered to our house in error on two occasions. Katherine continually blamed the warehouse, when in fact it was her order error. Another v. helpful lady salesperson finally got our order correct two months later. We can see why Sears is struggling to stay afloat when mistakes such as this (twice) are costing them so much money - especially on greatly discounted items when delivery etc., is factored in. We have always been loyal Sears customers for appliances, furniture etc., but maybe the days of relying on Sears is coming to an end. We hope not, but they really need to get their act together to survive.
Hello again Sears. Just for follow-up, and hopefully not making a meal of this, we have today received our second Robo-call from Sears advising of a delivery this Saturday (March 11th/2017). Funny thing is we are not expecting a delivery, and have not ordered anything since the sofa bed. We would advise that the Sears delivery guys are excellent, being very careful, patient, polite, and considerate of our property. They apologize for the errors, but never criticize or berate Sears - for which they are to be commended. If they turn up on Saturday with another (third) wrong delivery, there will be coffee and cookies at the ready, and we can all have a good laugh.

I hadn't shopped at Sears for years. I tried to order a double foundation online to be picked up at this store. I had to phone to order it. The person at the call centre couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. Her English was not very good and she didn't know what she was doing. Finally talked to a manager. I didn't receive any email that it was ordered. Phoned again. When they said it would be there the call centre said it wasn't then they said it was. Will see when I pick it up. Very bad service from Sears.
