Total bullshit! Placed an order online to be picked up here. No one answered phone, drove there and the business is gone! We have a email stated it was shipped to this destination with confirmation number. Waiting on phone for a year for someone to answer 1 800 number.

Wow, I am so disappointed. I have been calling for an hour to find out if my scheduled pick up came in as I have heard nothing. After at least 8 calls I decided to call the 1-800 number who informed me the scheduled pick up was cancelled and the stock is not available. This was a Christmas present being send to our family by another so now you have lost both our business. There are plenty of places who are happy to serve people in exchange for their purchases. This is what is know as customer service - something this Sears lacks.

Very poor customer service experience, no wonder Sears is having to close a lot of their stores. The level of customer service at this location is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't even consider ordering something from this store

I ordered a couch from this location. On my planned delivery date I was waiting around to receive a phone call regarding my 2 hour delivery window. After hours had passed, I decided to call the delivery inquiry phone number. That was how I found out that Sears had rescheduled my delivery from April 8th to May 17th without my knowledge. The only way I found this out was because I contacted them.
After many phone calls on my part I discovered that the store had failed to put the order in to the manufacturer. When I complained about this and asked for a rush on my order the store simply stated that it was out of their hands.

Can anyone explain to me why the first order was going to take three weeks, and now it's going to be an additional five weeks? It shouldn't take a total of two months to get a couch that is NOT a custom order. Additionally when I was initially purchasing the couch, my sales person stated that it wouldn't take long because the couch is manufactured in Calgary.

I am still waiting to hear back from the store regarding how they can remedy my situation. Based on what I've experienced so far, I imagine I will have to cancel the order, as they will probably do absolutely nothing.
