Sears Spruce Grove (Permanently Closed)

I returned items I had ordered from Sears catalogue back in September to the Spruce Grove Sears Store and am still trying to get my refund from Sears. Buyer beware it could take at least 2 months to get your refund and not the 10 business days they say. Still trying to deal with Customer Service for .refund

We purchased a new washer and dryer from this local Sears. Right on the receipt we paid for delivery for Friday. As requested we disconnected the old ones to be hauled away. Imagine our surprise when the delivery window said 7am to 6pm and they never came. When we called we were told communication error and we couldn't have it until Tuesday. Terrible customer service beyond words.
