Second Cup Killarney (Drive-Thru)

The customer service was very poor, I saw a senior man was treated very badly, he ordered Americano, but the staff didn't hear him, and he was kicked out the store, because he spoke slowly. What kind of customer sevice ?

My food/drinks are always excellent, but my service is usually really odd. A little unprofessional and confusing, I guess? The last time I was there, I gave her my phone to scan my rewards card, and she walked away with it for two minutes. Just a little strange and unsettling.

Would be nice for the one drink you order to be consistent.. not consistently wrong. And they NEVER have food..

I love the tables with power outlet. I come here to work remotely. I love this place. Best customer service ever.

On Tuesday August 22 about 5:30 pm I purchased a caramel cor. in a to go cup for my son. I asked for a glass of ice water. The barrista said she had just poured the one that was sitting on the counter and I could take that " it's clean and the customer before you didn't take it." I said no I will have a fresh one but she wouldn't get it for me. Really ! We'll never again will I go there . I told my husband . He takes a lot of his clients there ...NO MORE. Between myself and the rest of my family we are there 8-9 times a week. NEVER AGAIN !

Open weekdays till 10pm, clean and not super-busy. Great place to have a meeting.

It's a Second Cup. I like Second Cup coffee because their lids fit all cup sizes unlike Starbucks, and it's delicious. I almost always other dark roast drip coffee... It's quicker
