Been working a lot on farms and acreages this past year. With today's technology I am able to wire up all out buildings on a property for cameras and WiFi so long as there is power.

This little gem is one of the coolest access controllers I've installed for a single door application. Installs above the door or ceiling tiles and only run one cat5e back to the server room instead of the usual 4-5 wires. The reader, mag/strike, exit button and door contact all wire into the KT1 controller for faster cleaner installs.
