Senator Gershaw School, located in quiet and beautiful Bow Island, Alberta, serves grades 4 - 12.
Our philosophy of education holds the student as central. Our mission is to graduate effective communicators, creative and critical thinkers, competent problem solvers, and citizens appreciative of their place as Canadians in a global community.

Attention all hockey players and parents. Do you want to be a part of a hockey academy? Senator Gershaw and Prairie Rose Schools wants to know if there is enough interest to establish a Willie Desjardins Hockey Academy in Bow Island. The hockey academy will be open to students in Grades 6-12 (2019-2020 school year). If you want to see this happen please register before March 1st. More information about the WD Southern Alberta Hockey Academy and the application form can be found on the Prairie Rose website.
We are fundraising to resurface our running track! If you would like to contribute you can online through ATB Cares! Please see the letter attached outlining the process. Registration is still open for the Connect Parenting Group. There are a few spots left. Here is what past participants have said about the group:
