Shabby Chic is a style that people strive to accomplish, but to get the look right look, a quality piece is key to a designer vision. Salvaged furniture is at the heart of the shabby-chicing and is aged by distressing also adding accessories that complete the look.

I am an designer and entrepreneur. Shabby Chic Yyc facebook is about the journey of a woman who finished a degree and found herself searching for something to do in the mean time.
A friend (Shelley’s Vintage Inspirations) invited me to her store and gave me lesson on re-purposing vintage and unwanted furniture.

Michelle Belle now paints and refinishes pieces that gives many more years of enjoyment to others.
