Extremely friendly and helpful. Was very honest about what the vehicle did and did not need. Was quoted the wrong price on the phone but they honoured the price quoted. Was weary about going to the dealer for service but they have eased my mind at Shaganappi.

I bought a new Chevy Impala back in December. The Sales Rep (I can't recall his name at the moment) was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle. He also provided multiple different options rather than my fear that I would be pressured into buying something that I later wouldn't want. The vehicle to date has performed admirably and I've very much enjoyed driving it so far. The service department has been efficient and helpful whenever I've needed oil changes, etc. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend a Chevy and this particular dealership to anyone that is looking for a new car.

We purchased a 2017 Corvette from Wayne Ivan at Shaganappi. He had very good knowledge on the car and pointed out the items a person should know. He got us a good price on the car and takes the time to look after a person. After purchase he has still looks after any concerns we have.

Bought a truck from Carlie, while switching from my old job to new job and it was amazing. She took what I needed in a truck and made the process painless and easy. I had an excellent experience with Garrett Martin when I went in for my last service. He booked me in for the first appointment so I would be able to make it to work later that morning at a reasonable time. I was pleasantly surprised when the work was completed a little sooner than we had discussed and after Garrett took the time to go over the work they did in detail with me he said I could call any time with questions or concerns. He was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, questions and requests. I highly recommend dealing with Garrett if you have the opportunity.
