What a wonderful experience for our boys! The staff is friendly and on top of things!



Mack - an employee of Shakers .. was extremely friendly and on the ball! He seemed to always be running with a smile on his face and exceptional service! This young man needs a pat on the back!

We went yesterday for a large birthday party and it was amazing! There was something to do for everyone and all ages. Because we were such a large group, I was amazed at how quickly they brought out the pizzas. All of the staff were amazing and I would highly recommend this place as a great venue for a party OR just a neat place to spend the day!

We took our 5 year old son for the first time this past Saturday and we all had fun! We definitely got our money's worth with the unlimited day pass. Lines were short or reasonable for a Saturday and the staff was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

We love Shakers!! This is our 2nd year of getting season passes!!!! Well worth the money for the whole year!! Staff are all friendly and helpful!

We brought our two boys to Shakers on the Family Day weekend and they had a blast. They did not receive the complementary free spin on the Wheel, but when I contacted them the next day, I got an immediate response, which was good. The new arcade machines and games were fun. We will definitely come back in the summer when the Go-Karts and mini golf are also open.

My family and I had such an amazing day there today. The food was to die for and the service was great! This was our first time there but it definetly won't be our last! Thank you so much :)

Mini golf and outdoor Go-karts all at one location!! Great for family fun for all ages. Aged 17 to 55, we had an awesome evening playing mini golf, go karting, arcade games and enjoying each other’s company. A summers evening well spent.

It was a great day for the kids as we celebrated our son's Birthday party. Food was ready on time and the place offered plenty of activity before and after the lunch party. Price was good, would recommend to anyone thinking about a great day with both indoor and outdoor fun.

I just wanted to pass on how great Shakers was today. I took one of my kids and his friend today from about 2-4 and the staff were really polite, and on task. The building was clean and staff were wiping things down when they had down time. The go cart guys were great, really friendly to the 11 yr olds. We enjoyed our time today! Thank you

I have to tell you the staff at this place is amazing! I have to mention Jordan! Definitely have to mention MIQUEL with his amazing speeches before the go cart race! He definitely. Jordan went above and beyond in solving an issue and earn me as a customer for life! Mack was the best manager ever and even took us on a tour. I can only imagine how great these people tree kids if they treat adults this way. Highly recommended I hope the three mentioned people see this message. Well done!!

Brought my niece and nephew here for the first time and everyone had an amazing time. Special shout out to Asst Mgr Justin for being so accommodating.

Bought the family pass online and saved money. I feel we used enough activities to get our money worth for sure. We have 2 girls. 11 and 12 and they loved it. We went on a sat and surprisingly the lines for most activities were short. The food was reasonably priced. We didn’t do the arcade but might try it next time we go. We would definitely go again. Obvious favourites were the go karts climbing wall and inflatable village. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

the concession staff was horrible . Took 23 minutes for a poutine and they were very quiet that day. Guy said it would be 5 minutes, after 15, I went up & asked about it. He said they had a problem with the gravy and it would be a few more minutes 🙄🙄🙄 they should have @ least let me KNOW. Also , you don’t get very good bang for your buck. 4 activities for $35/kid in all inclusive package. Didn’t seem worth it. And the games guzzle the credits SO fast. Bought my kids a $50 play card & it was done in 10minutes 😳



The kids DID have fun, which was great!!! But for the total of $180 for TWO kids to be there for 3 hours, do activities, play games and have a snack, there are many other options for fun with kids for less in this city.

A decent place for something to do. Definitely needs some upgrading- feels worn :/ several games not working properly, I could only get one sink to turn on in the women's washroom. And the paper towel dispenser was also not functioning. We got a timed swipe card which I found good value in but many games were broken. The day pass isn't a good value, especially during winter. Ok food, great staff. They have weird jugs for pop that bend at the handle cause they are cheap

We paid for a couple rides on the little go kart track for $8 each (same price as the big kart track) and it’s taking so long for each turn. We’ve been here for over an hour and our kids have had 1 turn. You should shorten the length of ride and make the price cheaper. Definitely not worth it here.

Shakers suck now. No bouncy castles. They put the kids go cart in the big track with the big go carts. So we have to wait forever. There's only 3 mini go carts too. Been waiting 45 minutes. Probably another 20 minutes. Wouldn't have come with my 16 month old if I knew the bouncy houses were closed. No one was at thee laser tag for the longest time either. So we just waited for that even though there was no line up. This place has gone downhill.

We liked it until we went to redeem our card points & were told that with our time card we could not redeem. Very disappointed that after spending $200 with the family of 4, that the kids couldn't even collect a prize. Won't spend that kind of money on something like that again. Also the attraction card only covered go karts, bouncy village, laser tag & mini golf but it's winter & only 2 of them are operating & didn't include the bowling & they closed the bouncy village 1.5 hours early. Very disappointing.

We got unlimited pass, it was a good deal. however, we enjoyed the laser tag very much. we also enjoyed the go kart despite being old but that is ok "you get what you paid for" what shocked me was not wearing helmets "other places require helmets" however that was not the biggest problem. in the afternoon we noticed a group of teens and adults racing with us and a different kart "super kart" that one of the adult was driving, and we noticed different racing attitude. despite the instruction that bumping is not allowed for safety reasons racers were intentionally bumping into others to pass them. I spoke to the stuff about that and they did nothing about it, on our last race the same thing happened again to me (I had my kid with me in my kart) and another parent with his kid. my wife saw that and took video shot of the racing attitude and asked to talk to the manager. she was told that guy is a teen's soccer coach and he is one of their best client, and there was no risk of the kart to rollover ignoring any other risk of whiplash or any other risks.

Too much money for nothing...full day pass but...bouncy castles are closed and so is laser tag...frustating
