Through fitness, I aim to show others like myself, who never excelled athletically or never felt like they were enough, that they actually are just that; enough.
Shane Kokas - Fitness Page Description
For so long growing up I felt I wasn't fit enough, strong enough or masculine enough, and this really affected my confidence.
After I got more involved in the gym, I gained a new found confidence and independence within myself. This changed my life.
I want to show others who never excelled athletically, feel inadequate or don't feel like they're enough, that they actually are just that. Enough.
I do that through fitness.
This is a place to come if you are hesitate or looking to just get started into a new fitness regime. If you have little knowledge and looking to gain some more information on what to do in the gym – this is for you.
