Lunch dishes are all good and reasonable... But their HK style milk tea is less than ideal.

Haven't been since beginning of the year. Surprised improvement. Different chef possibly.

The food was really bad quality. The chicken in the chicken balls was inedible - chewy and gristley. The service was fine but did not make up for the food.

Food: The food was ok pretty standard for a Chinese restaurant. The fried rice was done pretty well though and stood out amongst the dishes we got. The food came out at a decent pace one dish at a time which is good for family style service but would have sucked if everyone ordered their own dish. It was a fairly good portion size of food as well.

Service: Took a little while like really long to get the attention of the staff. But once we did they were really friendly and got us everything we needed.

Atmosphere: Definitely get the Asian restaurant feel. Fairly crowded and lots of noise.

I would not recommend this restaurant. Food was disgusting. We ordered the 3 set meals which comes with 9 dishes, for 3 tables for my dad's bday. Duck was dry and not very much meat was provided, as 8 ppl per table got 2 wraps each. Food was either too salty or too bland. The fish was nasty as hell, was bitter, overcooked and tasted like mud. They offered us 10% off, if we agreed to pay cash. So we said sure. Then they expected the 10% back as a tip. If food was good and service was average or above, it wouldn't have been a problem. But it wasn't even close. They wouldn't accept our payment unless we gave at least 10% and their argument was they gave us free buns for my dad's bday. So I guess their buns was worth $90 in their opinion. Anyhow this was my first time here, and will be my last time.

No more lunch buffet! Reluctantly we tried the lunch special, but it was delicious. Trump sized, huge portions. Better food than I remembered. Possibly new owners.
Update. Had lunch today. The chicken fried rice was more like white rice with the scent of chicken! Don't bother.

Under new management that dont seem to appreciate regular folks / families out looking for a quick meal at an affordable price. Compare to previous owners, dishes are now smaller and soups / desserts seem watered down. We have moved on to other restaurants and likely will never return, which is probably not a big deal to them...

We much prefered the previous friendly, family oriented managment. Loved their old dinner combo with the wonderful rich ingredient soups / desserts. Only place we knew of to offer rice cake / mochi as a free combo dessert and will be much missed by the kids. We want to thank the previous owner and family for their years of friendly service and wish them all the best!

Well I have to put at least one star or the review won't show. The service was ridiculously slow, I did not get my food until an hour and a half of ordering the food! And they took out the buffet which was an awesome future from the past time that I have been there. honestly, this place is just running itself straight into the ground.
