2 gold packages and a silver package. The white seats are a good example of our stain removal! You do require a gold package to get these results unless your car is regularly detailed.

If you have pet hair, you will require a gold package. We will no longer be doing silver packages on vehicles with pet hair as they require more than a basic clean. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Had the gold package done on my 2006 Liberty before putting it up for sale - the front seats (cloth) were badly stained and the back seats had lots of dog hair (from 4 small dogs) and when I got it back it looked brand new! The car was gross at time of drop off and absolutely pristine at time of pick up. Beyond impressed at how great of a job she did.

Had my Suv detailed and it looks great...will definitely be going back...

Shantelle did a fine job. She missed one little spot on the shifter but I always miss that spot too so I can't complain. � I had tons of mud and gravel on the floor, carpets and cargo area. I also had a wee bit of dog hair and lots of dust. Shantelle returned my truck to me immaculate and on time. Also her prices are the best in town. I am very pleased. 4.5 stars from me (but in my book NO ONE is perfect! �) Thank you Shantelle! I will recommend you to my friends and family!

She missed alot of spots on my car as well she left a mat at her place, i asked her kindly to drop it of and the was over a month ago. And still nothing. I highly recommend not to deal business with her
