I heard from couple of people that their beef is good so went there to buy beef. Well this is not what I heard but believe me when I came home and opened the packet, all I found is 20% meat with 80% fat and bones. I understand that it will be combination of real meat, fat and bones but didn't expect that much as I didn't pay less to get poor quality meat. Does it mean you guys are dishonest and give good meats only to those people who are your friends? Now come to 2nd issue. Bought baby chicken quite a few times from you. Every time I buy baby chicken, there is some pieces missing and it's not a mistake because it happened every single time I bought chicken. Either there is one leg missing or specially thigh missing. Honestly speaking my experience with shapla is very bad. I am super frustrated and I won't recommend this store to anyone. May Allah guide us all and give us understanding.

It was my first time this place and I found the meat section maintained very poorly. Very hostile behaviour and I am very surprised to see the owner's dis-respectness .

Avoid all costs roach and silverback problems In warehouse. Quit second day.
