Can evoke feelings of generosity and relaxation. It's the easiest on the eyes and can improve vision. It reduces central nervous system activity and can make a room feel larger. Blue – relatable to the sky and ocean, and is the most popular paint color. Tranquil & creativity. It's popular in bedrooms as it causes the body to produce the calming hormone melatonin resulting in a more peaceful sleep. It can also lower blood pressure and provide a perceived feeling of coolness in a room. It increases the appearance of the size of a room.
