Great service with Great Staff and they are always professional and helpful!

they charged me twice for my drivers license then i went there yesterday for refund but they told me that they do refund only on the weekdays. the problem is i dont have time to go back here during weekdays coz i need to work.:(

Worst customer service ever! I stood in line for twenty minutes and when it was my turn, the man at the counter didn't even greet me. He told me their systems kept shutting down and he wasn't sure if he'd be able to help me or not. I explained that my mom had just passed away and that I was turning in her I.d. Card and parking pass. He showed zero compassion and told me if I wanted to wait to see if the system would come back up or come back another time. You need to have some customer service skills when working with the public and show some compassion to someone who just lost their mother! I will never step foot in that registry office again! Your staff need attitude adjustments!

Unless you like being treated like crap, don't go here.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my last visit there, and yes it will be my last visit there. The lady at the desk was no lady at all; she was impatient, rude, and condescending. When I tried to explain to her how her behavior was coming across, she clearly didn't give a shit... hopefully management does or they'll find more customers going elsewhere.

Paid for my marriage certificate twice now. The lady that helped me today didn't even know the difference between the large and small certificates.

My daughter took her road test here yesterday on her bday. Her driver instructors from Mackenzie School of driving (amazing) gave her a 10/10 and told her she was more than ready to take the test.

The examiner (don't know his name because he never introduced himself but his examiner # is 3723) was grumpy and didn't explain a thing to her. Told her to drive, then proceeded to say things like "what are you waiting for" and "stay in your lane" with a not so nice tone.

He had failed her even before she started driving practically. The things he explained to her afterwards made no sense to her and she said some of them were outright lies. Needless to say she got 80points and an automatic fail.

We rebooked 24 hours later at Southland Registries (awesome) and she passed with no problem.

This guy was also heard say a few colourful words while I left to get the registration and license for the car. He also grumbled and said "oh my god" when she told him where she was parked. He must have had a bad day or maybe he's naturally an ass. Either way he ruined at young girls birthday for no reason other than his own selfish reasons. Maybe he gets a kick out of tormenting people.

I would not recommend this office to anyone regardless of what you're needing. No one is overly friendly and it's like they are being put out to do their job.

I went there on Monday to have my mother (from Brazil, to take her learners written test) the lady who spoke to us was very firm and explained that my mom need to have a something mailed to her to our address so it can prove that she lives with us. Then she added that in "in this kind of business we need to learn to jump through some hoops, so just make a rent agreement in her name and bring it"... ahh.. fraud you mean??? No thanks... so I went to the bank, and I open an account to my mom as she needed it anyways, with her address, we got the agreement all set up, all in my mom's name, and I got the statement bank and gave it to her, as I could not go with her yesterday (Tuesday) to this AWFUL place, I was certain everything would be ok since a bank statement prove her address and that's what is written in their website, that they accept a bank statement. The lady that spoke to my mom, and unfortunately she did not got her name, said they would not accept it, they want something that was mailed to her, so my mom called me on cellphone and pass the phone to this lady because she could not understand the lady since the lady was very rude and loud toned towards her, so when I asked what was that problem she said that people should read what they are asking for - "You clearly don't know how to read or you would not send your mom here" and then she she passed the phone to my mom saying she was done. Well... I am filing a complain to the registry association AARA, and reporting the Registry to the Government. My mom might not understand English language that much, but she has a brain, and she is a very well educated woman. I do speak the language and understand a lot about law and rights...

Do not go here. Bad service. Went there to cancel company and they filed an annual return and charged us $100. Husband bought home the papers and when I looked at it told him it was not cancelled. He had asked for a cancel. How in the world would we ask to file an annual when we haven't had the company for 2 years. They will not give us the $ back and we are out of $100. And still have to pay another $50 to dissolve this company.
