front reception was very rude and almost not helpful. i would give her service a zero if i could. all i wanted to do was see a quick walkin doctor and she was giving me attitude. i walked out. will never go back.

Followed Dr Ali here from a Southeast clinic. She is thorough, a good listerner and compassionate. I never feel rushed. She was like a miracle worker when she was able to perform a particular procedure on our special needs daughter. A procedure that a precious practitioner had failed at, miserably. When you come to this medical clinic you get an accurate and precise diagnosis from doctors that are well respected in the field of medicine . The doctors here have taken care of my health problems for quite some time. The ladies at the front desk take critical information required to get everything situated and arranged appropriately for the doctor. As i sit here today everyone is happy with their experience.

Exemplary doctor. I go for myself and 15 year old daughter. Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr eyzadi is a top notch doctor I found. Most helpful, knows whats exactly right and very educated. Will keep going to this place.

Before I made the appointment I carefully read the reviews, I saw a clear pattern of you get what you give. Arrived early and was treated great ,was in and out in a flash.If you want good service than be NICE.

I honestly wish I could give this clinic no stars. I needed to have my eye checked out after a few days of a lot of redness and irritation, and couldn't get in to see my family doctor until a few days afterwards. So I walk in and immediately the receptionist glares at me for my existence and ignores me when I walk up to the counter. Once I see the doctor, he doesn't even acknowledge me and every symptom I told him I had he rolls his eyes at. After ten seconds of waving the light in my eyes he writes me a prescription for allergies, only I don't have any allergies.
Needless to say I felt pretty terrible after that and called to book back in with my family doctor in Imagine Health (5stars btw). Turns out I actually have Pterygium in my right which can be a serious condition if not treated properly. So all in all, this clinic can take the allergy drops and shove them up each grumpy receptionist and lazy doctors bum.
ps I would also like to add that I would've added the doctors name but he didn't even tell me it after I greeted him upon the start of the appointment.

Dr. Ezaydi COMPLETLEY MISSED AN AORTIC ANEURYSM on my fathers catscan. It was just by chance that he went in to visit a second doctor A MONTH AND A HALF after his catscan (EDIT: it was 6 months and 2 catscans) The second doctor pulled up his file and said "well, we need to get this aneurysm taken care of". My poor father just about fell out of his chair. Dr. Ezaydi couldn't have been bothered enough to review the catscan results and follow up with my father. This piece of human trash should not be allowed to practice in Canada.
