Just went lane swimming for the first time In the am. Lane pool is nice and staff were friendly

Always clean. Always friendly. Never seems TOO busy for equipment.

Awful service, never able to use facilities due to classes. I signed up with my children, ages 13 and 11. We wanted mostly to swim and play badminton. It turns out there is only a 15 minute window every week in which to book a badminton court. That time is at 845am on a Monday morning. You will be asked to wait on hold for 15 minutes and then will be lucky to get a court. Phone any other time and you are out of luck. As for the pool, there are lessons absolutely every weekday during the times when people who work or have school aged children would likely want to swim. I was even told we would not be able to swim during the 'open swim' time of 530am on weekdays unless my kids can 'keep up' with the professional swimmers who train at that time. It is an outrageous rip-off.

Lots of things to do here. However and despite this facility's large size it fills up quick. It's not so crowded that not usable but classes and stuff fill fast. There is room to do your things but don't expect an empty building ! Clean place and pretty modern. The library service is also very handy being onsite.

This place is the worst. They have a rule for every single thing you can think of to have fun. They should call this place Killjoy, and they should dress the staff up in black robes and give them sickles so that their job description is more clearly visible to the masses

It's a meh, they give a schedule and dont follow it. Very rude people at the front desk. All I ask was a ball to hold onto until the gym was open and all they gave me was a snobby look and an excuse on how gym is not gonna be open even though I was looking at the schedule Overall Gym Facilities are great but a bit cramp.

My daughter has taken swimming lessons with instructor Jim. She is 5. He has done a fantastic job of teaching her. Her confidence and safety in the water have drastically increased. Thank you for your good work, Jim
