Thai yoga massage is a must try, it is more than just a massage and isnt the run of the mill postures that you normally get. It is very personalized and helps align everything mentally,physically, emotionally. Shantal did a great job, you can feel her healing energy as soon as you arrive.

Shantal is hands down the best trainer I've ever had! Customized workout programs that target my needs and time. Love all the different workouts from yoga and weight training to boxing. Boxing is my favourite workout! She also has put together a food plan for me, who knew....i wasn't eating enough. I've seen great results and am getting closer to my goal, thanks to Shantal's coaching and in some cases insistence to put it politely...lol. She's exactly what I need. Thanks Shantal!

I took the BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) class from Shantal about 3 months post-parturition after a c-section. I was a little nervous, but her amazing attitude, tough love approach to fitness, and openness in sharing modifications banished fears and helped build my confidence in exercising post-baby!

I have been taking Shantal's BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) stroller exercise classes for 4 months now, and just signed up for another month! Her classes are fun and empowering. Shantal is flexible and gives you modifications for an exercise if your baby needs to be walked or held. For a new mom who wasn't ready to leave her baby alone, this class is perfect because I can bring baby with me and know I have the freedom to nurse or change as needed during class. Over the last 4 months, I have seen Shantal tailor the classes to us moms and respond to what we need. Even in a class, I feel like I have a personal trainer. Shantal is incredible. I highly recommend her BYOB classes!

Lucky for me I had the opportunity to take a handful of classes that Shantal had taught at a variety of fitness establishments in Fort McMurray and was instantly hooked on her high energy, upbeat yet tough approach to fitness. She has a knack for seeing what you are capable and always pushes you past your comfort zone and helps you achieve fitness goals you never thought possible! Since training with Shantal I have seen noticeable changes to my body composition, my energy levels, my physical capabilities and I have drastically changed how I eat and exercise for the better. The external benefits of training have been incredible but even more important to me have been the internal changes I have experienced since training with Shantal; the biggest change being the increased confidence I now have. I feel confident entering the gym on my own since Shantal has provided me with the tools and knowledge on how to perform exercises on my own and I can hit the weights like a pro! I also have gained the confidence to try things I never thought possible such as joining a crossfit community. Shantal is a true inspiration and I am so grateful to be training with her!
