Shelby has been practicing as a registered massage therapist in Calgary, Alberta since June 2017. She graduated from the 2, 200 hour program at Mount Royal University, and since then is an active member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA).

Shelby's approach to massage therapy is to address her client's specific goals and needs, whether they are short or long term, and to interpret them through massage. While providing a positive and accepting atmosphere, she takes pride in her ability to listen to her client's questions and concerns about their musculoskeletal or systemic conditions.

Shelby has experience in treating anything from general muscle tension, headaches /migraines, low back pain, scoliosis, TMJD (jaw pain) to motor vehicle accident related injuries. Through massage therapy, she aims for her client's to gain a greater sense of body awareness, and to achieve an overall wellbeing.

Her love of learning allows her to continue to grow professionally and personally, and has goals to complete a variety of continuing education courses to compliment her practice.

From Ottawa, Ontario, she can refer to Calgary as home, and when away from massaging she's exploring the mountainous hiking trails, camping and canoeing, all while spending time with friends and family.
