By far the worst camp ground I have ever stayed at! They have 3 -4 pages of ridicules rules that they don't inform you about until after you pay, and make up rules as they go along such as no tarps in the camp ground, they over chlorinate the sites water to the point where the water smelled like bleach, my skin turned dry and cracked and I got sick they tried to convince me that it must be my campers water lines although I disinfected my lines in the spring and I've stayed in my camper non stop all summer without problems, I bought a test kit and the amount of chlorine in the water was higher than the kit would read, there is no shelter from wind, they overcharge for power and propane, and gasoline, pretty sure they are all about ripping off any poor chump that comes along, I washed my clothes in their laundry mat and although they where only lightly soiled they did not come clean, I had a tarp over my slide out to keep the snow and ice off of it so i wouldn't have to chip ice off of it when it came time to fold it in and they decided to change their rules after 2-3 weeks of staying there so and said no tarps allowed, their gate key has left me stranded out side the park on several occasions with no way in, the staff was very unfriendly, a power surge from their plug ins destroyed my campers power chord, they have wood fences around every stall with narrow access to your lot and very narrow roads, the sites and roads are made up of boulders not gravel or pavement, the camp ground reminds me of the gravel parking lot behind the warehouse at work... I have camped in manny campsites in the area and recommend either staying at the bow rivers edge in Cochran, or the ghost station camp ground which is an equal distance from Cochran as big hill springs!

Van dwellers, good place for a shower. Daytime hours it's a dollar a minute and clean.

Staff are great. Park is clean. Nice and close to the city. Because it's next to the highway, you get that noise, but otherwise, if you want to get away for a couple of days but still be close to home, this is a great spot.

What an excellent place to stop and get coffee and snacks. Very nice and clean gas station and bathrooms are very well kept. Beautiful scenery from there. Wish I could live in that area.👍👍

I hit this station nearly every time I head out to the cabin or fishing hole. Always have what I need for an after noon or pinch supplies for longer trips. Offer both rv/trailer storage and camping. Good place to stop off for the night if heading up the 22. Liquor store attached as well as recycling depot. Lots of room for trailers and semis.

Everything has been good. I find the staff very friendly and all amenities work as promised. The gas station is a quite over priced, particularly when cochrane is literally 5 mins away and gas is .05 less and a bag of chips isn't over $5.

My biggest complaint is that it feels like a parking lot to me. I much prefer a wooded camp site. When we first arrived we wondered why nobody had their awnings out... then we learned that it's because of the wind. There is no protection from the wind.

A good rest stop for the traveller, nice store easily accessed from the camp ground, though you have to pass the smelly sewer plant. It's also windy and traffic noise is a bit of an issue, but we've never had any issues with them.
