Polite service and Costa Coffee...what's not to like?

the closing staff right now lied to me saying they are closed but did not say it outright instead said it with hesitation.. the store closes at 11pm everyday as that same person told me several days ago.. he didnt explain why they are either.. i was there at around 1020.. not impressed..
