I've dealt with Sheni's on several occasions and have been thoroughly impressed each time. Their new facility is fantastic and Zuhair, the service manager, is a true car enthusiast and amazing to deal with. I've found them to be knowledgeable while providing good advice and more importantly, always keeping me updated on status of work performed. The work always comes in at the quoted price and on time with no surprises and the pricing is competitive.

They really know their stuff. I went to them to get my oil cooler leak seal fixed, and after completing the job this they found an issue where Both Mercedes dealerships misdiagnosed a diesel control module failure. Sheni's found that it was a $50.00 connector that just needed to be cleaned out and I didn't need a $3500/repair...

SUV has been driving very well for the last 6 months and no sign of that check engine light.

I first visited Sheni’s Auto-Trend through a recommendation from a friend. I was excited to meet a team that not only knows what they are doing, but also has the passion to match their qualifications. Throughout the last couple of years, the staff at Sheni’s Auto-Trend has been personable, warm, enthusiastic, and very knowledgable. Not having an extensive background in cars, I appreciate the fact that they have always taken out extra time to explain the work my car requires and why.

Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, they have no issues taking your money. However, should there be any issues on work they have completed under warranty they will drag their feet and give you the run around.

Beware they will blame everyone including manufacturer but will not take any accountability or responsibility. My car ended up being in their shop for over 5 weeks with no compensation or alternative arrangements for transportation, I spent over $3K on the suspension which barely lasted a year.

To add insult upon injury when I came to collect my car I was thrown a freight bill and labour on warranty work. This was never discussed prior to any work being completed and thrown at the end. Upon my surprise on the labour bill it was magically removed by the owner Sheni. I find this highly unethical and downright shady.

On the outset everyone seems friendly and accommodating until you actually require service and then the true colours are shown, none of the above is an exaggeration if you need serious work done go elsewhere.
