The lady who checked us in was very kind and made sure she met all our wishes (kids included). The room was the perfect fit for a family of four. What a great view. We also had a tasty breakfast in the morning. The chef potatoes are to die for! Our server was one of the best we have ever had. Thanks so much Jenalyn �

Wonderfully stay for our family. The staff was very friendly & hospitable. Our kids LOVED the pool! There is no deep end (1.0 meter deep everywhere) so they got to play without having to be watched like a hawk. And they loved the waterslide. We had a queen suite that allowed us to put the kids to bed and still be able to stay up and watch some tv and enjoy a glass of wine from room service. Great little get away! We will be back!

We had the opportunity to spend the weekend at the Sheridan in Calgary. The receptionists were excellent and were ready and willing to help us in any way they could. The rooms were excellent in all aspects where anyone would appreciate.

The food, (we had the fish and chips)in the Irish Pub was cooked to perfection, the service was very good and the price was acceptable. I would recommend the Sheridan to anyone who wants to be pampered for a weekend.

We will book again when we have the opportunity to do so..

This past Sunday I checked in for my birthday celebration. At the front desk, Bo was amazing, making sure I was welcomed at the hotel. He made sure my room was feather free. Gave me one dessert comp for after my dinner at Bookers and a couple celebratory drinks. Thank you for making me feel special and important. Will be back for sure!!!

This hotel went above and beyond for me and my two dogs tonight. They allowed us an early checkin and everything has went smoothly. The surrounding area is beautiful and everyone is super friendly. ALL staff thank you! Looking forward to a nice sleep in the comfy bed. Also the no pet fee is a very nice convenience. This will definitely be our hotel of choice for our Calgary visits. Thank you

This hotel is beautiful and the service can't be beat. Anything I asked for, it was done with a smile. We had a wedding there, I recommend this place to anyone that wants to host an event. Great location, good food and staff!

Staying here currently and it's been amazing so far. The little extra they do to make you and your pups feel at home.

Stayed here for dad's birthday! Had 2 rooms and our dog. Glad it's pet friendly. The staff are all very nice, especially the maids!! Will definitely be coming back soon for a 3rd visit! They did a beautiful job creating a dessert plate for my fathers birthday too! Hoping to come back March 9th to the 13th but fingers crossed the rates drop haha

Stay here!!!! Awesome location within walking distance to Bow River and Peace Bridge! Great Irish Pub in lobby! Wonderful soups and Irish comfort foods for cold weather(which you will by the way need)! Fun water slide for kids! Welcoming staff- Bo is the best!

Staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Room was really nice!!

Staff members are friendly. Best place to stay in Calgary. Sion in the Club Lounge is a model employee all organizations want to have work for them in the service industry. She takes the time to greet all guests that comes in and she asks not to just ask, but she listens. If you are planning a work or personal trip to Calgary and want a place to stay to is better than home, this the place.

Pool and waterslide were awesome. They even had a welcome package for the dog. Truly pet friendly with no fee. Take advantage of the valet parking. Great food with room service. Rooms were perfect. Close to c-train. Beautiful downtown.

Loved our stay ... it was perfect. The room was big and clean. Pull out couch was comfy. 5 stars.

Had my bachelorette weekend here and was amazed by the staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay and made us feel at home in the club suite! Will definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone :) the beds and pillows are very comfy as well

Excellent staff - friendly , proper and knowledgeable. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. The hot tub and pool facilities were also very clean. Great place to stay and the location is great 👍🏻

Awesome customer service, clean modern rooms & great food & suds at Finn McCools!

All of the staff, from front desk to valet to housekeeping to banquet and event management were all friendly, eager to help and professional in their duties.



My suite was wonderfully comfortable and cozy; my only complaint and it's not the hotel's fault, is there was a strange 'whoop' noise that was very loud in my suite, enough that I had to use earplugs at night. The noise was coming from somewhere outside but I have no clue where. Another guest suggested maybe spaceships were landing in the open space outside. ;)



I have never stayed at a Sheraton Suites before and I definitely felt spoiled.
