Of the proposed changes to Yellowhead a significant one includes making on/off ramps to access 127 St by demolishing family homes within Sherbrooke to make room for the development.
Sherbrooke's voice is often ignored, and engagement with our community usually comes after the decisions have been made: the traffic lights on 127 St/122 Ave are a recent example. We NEED your v...oice!

Love the community. I know more neighbours here than ever before and we watch out for each other:)

Love living here. The people are what makes it special.

I used to ride my bike through this neighborhood and hope to live here. Now I do and it's wonderful.

I fell in love with our neighbourhood the first time I came here. When we're in our backyard playing yard games or picking apples or plums from one of our 9 fruit trees, it's easy to forget we're in the city and so accessible to everything. And the kids are so excited about the new playground!

A hidden gem in Edmonton, Sherbrooke feels like the close knit neighbourhood I grew up in. Mature tree lined streets, classic 50's-60's architecture, lots of green space all help me forget I live in a bustling city.

This is Edmonton's best kept secret. There is a true community feel here.
