Sherwood'S Forests Tree Farm

I think the Job Ad is UNIQUE and interesting and very informative about the job. I do believe the people he did hire were hard working and reliable. The rest who did not go in for interview are like many of workers today - looking for an easy ride. I have just heard from a Machinist who keeps 1 out of 10 employees he hires for $40+ per hour because they are not hardworking and reliable. Older employees have a work ethic that needs to be learned by younger ones.
