visited this gem for dinner last night purely by chance...AMAZING!!! this was our first time at a persian restaurant. every dish we had was a standout. service was excellent. wish it was on the south side of town but we will definitely be back. one of the best meals i have ever had.

Shiraz is one of our favourite restaurants in Calgary. The food tastes exquisite, with fantastic aroma, and a right touch of Persian spices! Not only the atmosphere is great but the you are welcomed by a courteous host. Truly our family enjoys eating the delicious cuisine at and from Shiraz every time!

Nice venue - very good food! Parking is a challenge but worth the hassle!

I took all of my coworkers to Shiraz restaurant. It was an amazing experience and all of my co-workers who were not Iranian were amazed with the food. The server was really friendly, meat was cooked the way that it should be and it was fresh. Appetizers were also good and they had the chance to try a sample of Dough. Even my vegetarian friend had a good experience. Also the saffron ice-cream was really tasty. They also have Persian Tea and they have a bar as well. I recommend this place if you're planning to introduce Persian food to your friends and family
