Shirley'S Gluten-Free Baking Description

I have always loved to bake and sew. Sewing has always come easy to me although I don't care to make cloths just fabric crafts. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009, I started making Gluten-free bread as I didn't care for the bread available in the stores. It has blossomed from there. I now still do a little sewing mostly for friends and family, but the baking has blossomed and I have found lots of Celiac or Gluten intolerant friends that love my baking.
