This is a small firm, but they do absolutely amazing work. Getting a quote was quick and easy and their pricing was extremely reasonable. The base price we were quoted was the price we paid, with the addition of $15 (actual cost he paid to do these things) for registering a discharge of the mortgage and pulling a Certificate of Title. They conversed with us by email quickly and over the phone when we needed it. When we needed advice or a document, Mr. Shivji and his team were there for us. We did a private sale and it was a breeze, with Shivji Law we didn’t miss having a realtor at all because this firm was amazing to deal with.

We were also purchasing a home in another province at the time, and Mr. Shivji made time to Notarize our purchase documents. We are really glad we used him as a Notary because he caught a huge mistake the BC Notary had made that could have cost us our new home. There was a document missing and even though he doesn’t practice in BC, Mr. Shivji suggested we ask the BC Notary about whether we needed a certain document. Sure enough, the Notary had missed an extremely important title document. Without Mr. Shivji’s attention to detail, we might have lost our new house and been in a really terrible situation.

WORST SERVICE I HAD EVER RECEIVED- this man know only to take money and don't do his job. I had a lot of issues with this man since i purchased my house. Even after 7 months from my purchase, i had to go back to him as he has not done his job thoroughly and when i contacted , he is trying to put this on me. He has neglected to look into previous owner property tax, previous owner failed to pay one month payment and he has not told me and now City has charged on me. In the beginning he charged me around $450 before i took possession , telling me this refundable as he is charging this as mortgage interest if anything fall back before we take the possession. We had no issue with receiving our mortgage and able to took the possession on time. He did not refund that money, when asked for that he is telling oh.. this charges is for something else not for this. WOW what a Liar.. I recommend do your homework well if you are going with this. Also, he was not in city at the time of paper signing, he left this at the reception. Thank got i am done with this man.
