awesome place kind knowledgeable staff and lots of drugs!😃

I'm here at least five times a week, often at different times of the day. It's usually very busy, as the Mission district is a population-dense area, but the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they work hard to get folks through the queue as quickly as they can.

The store is always clean, organized and well-stocked and there is a Canada Post office in the back.

I would give negative stars but it isn't possible. Horrible customer service. Sadium who works in cosmetics is one of the rudest women i have ever met. Customer service my ass

Go to pharmacy lots and don't have any issues. Seem to follow regulations and are upfront about things with me. Always get greeted nicely when i enter the store. My one complain is there is a line at till at front almost always so even when i want to buy something sometimes i won't because of the long wait.

Thin Lady at the pharmacy with Curly Black hair and glasses was rude. I came in to get receipts of all the medication i purchased on 2016, but turns out i need to go to the same shoppers that i purchased them at because apparently they are not connected. The lady just said "Yeah, we're not connected" and walked away. Didn't even tell me to have a nice day or anything. The rest of the staff just stared at me. Rude.

Pharmacy staff unfreindly, unhelpful refuses to transfer perscriptions from shoppers to shoppers even though they did it for me 30 days ago. I have been on this medication for 8 years always at the same location I will be taking my business elsewehre good thing there is a pharmacy on every corner. I urge you to take your business else where I have been misdiagnosed at this location. STAY AWAT
