Really nice staff and good choice of product. The pharmacy are really care about you.

The pharmacy is so slow. Have stopped going and returned a few times for convince. Every time i go it will take 45 min to an hour to fill a small prescription. And there was only one customer waiting and the rest of the store was empty.

There are so many people working in the pharmacy and there always appears to be two staff in back on one computer at same time. It is as if no-one is trained and all of them need need job shadowing.

Many occasions the staff will never look at you if they are behind the back counter while you wait to drop of your prescription. They simply hate customers and would rather just kick the can pretending to be busy.

Will absolutely not use this pharmacy again with this staff culture. They need a boss that can whip these guys to move faster than a sloths pace.

My last pharmacist in crescent heights was a one man band that could handle multiple customers at once. And was way busier than this big place and most i ever waited was 30min.

BRUTAL SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY - especially if you get the cranky old woman with coloured hair at pharmacy - she certainly will go out of her way to make everything harder. Truly the worst customer service ever. Sad because my prior SDM in mount royal was awesome. Will be moving pharmacies after today's events.

I love the Pharmacists here. The techs help me navigate through the insurance people, answer the many questions in plain English.
The Pharmacist team, help me with my wife's stroke related issues.
Wow whom could think they could be SuperGirl/ Superman . I can talk plain English and they respond for the medical terms back in plain english even if my questions are reptitive.
They are worth the money. Also, when my wife was in another Alberta city, they had another Shoppers help her out there, during a family emergency.

Awesome location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pharmacy is informative, especially helpful for curious customers looking to learn more about what they're being prescribed.

The store "manager" is a joke. The way he speaks to staff is appalling. Talks down to them like they're stupid and is the most ignorant person. His behavior towards staff is border line abusive. This used to be my go-to store for quick shopping and just running in to grab quick items. I will no longer be giving this location my business and have asked that friends and family do the same. It's a shame as the pharmacy staff are amazing and so helpful, but I just can't support a store run by such a horrid man.

Great staff , great service , a great shoppers.

A good Shoppers, but one cashier has to stop commenting on everything you buy. Some people are probably are buying some sensitive items and don't appreciate it.
