Nice service well maintained but very overpriced food and long wait times at the post canada office

No customer service skills in staff. Rude at times. Post office staff are really nice, that's why the 2 stars.

Horribly rude pharmacy. I would give them less than one star if possible. Only good thing about this store is the wonderful front counter girls. They could teach the pharmacy a thing or two about how to treat customers.

Worst customer service ever. As a mom shopping with two kids.. and they recline my Similac rebate cheques because they won't let me use them on clearance formula because individual boxes of them are less than the face value of the cheques even when I got enough formula to cover the value on the cheques. Not going to argue when kids are around. So I Called Similac and they even said you sure can use them even if they owe me $1 they just can't issue me money. So went back to the store and the store manager told me it's up to the retailer (himself) whether to accept the coupon are not.. Like come on!!! Your formula is going to expire anyways so I don't get why your not selling it to me when Similac will be reimbursing the store the money anyways. Anyways if it's not because this store have them on clearance I won't chose to come back.

Twice I went to this location to get a passport photo for my son. The first time I went they told me to wait in the corner for someone... after 10 minutes of waiting I went back to the customer service lady to ask if I was going to be helped but she angrily replied to me that the lady who takes the photos is on break... ok so I go back the next day and apparently now they do not take passport photos for children?!?! Horrible service at this location. I wound up going to the Chestermere location who were great and told me all locations should take photos for kids. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Most of the time the staff is good, but when I called the pharmacy today to ask about if they had alcohol free witch hazel, the pharmacist was fairly rude and told me I had to speak to the front staff because that wasn't a pharmacy related question. Then he transferred me to the front staff and I have been waiting for 10+ mins. Had to hang up as nobody was picking up. Not planning to come back to this location

Terrible!!! service at this pharmacy. They always always make you wait, couple of times they charged me for the medicine which is fully covered under my insurance, even worse they gave me wrong medication which I luckily checked the name and found out that it was not the one my doctor prescribed me, doctor gave me propranolol 60mg LA and they filled propranolol 20mg (regular).

Customer serivce is a joke, reps are rude and unhelpful. On my last visit around 10:30pm it was quiet and not busy at all, the pharmacian didn't want to work much, I asked him to update my address he said, "next time" and when I wanted to pay for the counter medicine with my prescription he said "can u please pay it outside?" Even when there was no line up. It will remain same as the way it is! Because owner does not ever address complaints. I would give negative rating if there was an option.

My experience is very bad. I am a family medicines customer for last three years. The timing which pharmacy staff gives is totally unreliable. Although my general experience is not good but tonight was the height of poor customer service. I have been told to pickup my medicine order at 8:30 pm when I arrived they told me to wait 10 minutes then that 10 minutes wait extend to 1 hr and as a result I left the place with picking up those medicines as need to attend another urgent matter. Its apparent that the pharmacy is either understaffed or work with a different watch which says customer time is free.
