Agreed.. worse store in town... this was the third time the lady with a very bad attitude made me wait for moreover than 30 minutes with my infant crying to get a picture printed.. she was busy counting sunglasses 😠

Is an extra $15.00 the cost of human suffering to you Brian the Pharmacist? Is the corporate bottom line worth possibly sending someone to the hospital?

Good thing I didn't listen to your scare tactics, and went to my local walk-in clinic anyways to see a real doctor. He prescribed me antibiotics right away for the obvious case of strep I had, which you tried to convince me I didn't with your dubious strep test in efforts to get me to return for a second $15.00 test.

If I had just listened to you, I could have missed out on 2 weeks of wages, all so Shopper's can make an extra $15.00.

Staff rude but alot of things needs more floowers

Wanted to give a shout out to Kelsey in the cosmetic area for her friendly face and can do spirit. She was very knowledgeable! Another shout to cole at the till he was charming and very funny. Best time at I shoppers i think anyone could have :)

This is the closest shoppers for me, I do like it, unfortunately they lack on products, I never find everything i need in this store, they lack in baby products... Also, I called them to ask if they do passport pictures, the lady who answered the phone said: "we only do Canadian passport" like she memorized this answer for everything... but, it's just a picture, many passports use the same kind of picture... it's just a picture with a withe background... but she insisted to tell me that they only do Canadian passport, well I ignored, and went to the store to have meu son's picture taken, well, the same lady was there, and AGAIN said: we only do Canadian passport, and I had to explain to her that the specifications were the same... well, we waited about 30 minutes, while she was doing something, and then she told us: sorry we don't do kids.... oh well..... we went to Walmart and they did in 5 minutes and my son got a free stuffed animal... I just think this store could give their staff better instructions, but never had any other problems! I love shoppers anyway!

Likely the worst Shoppers Pharmacy in town. The pharmacists are hired by a casino revolving door methodology. Since they are not owners, only ever associates, they allow themselves to be rude, inconsiderate, unknowledgeable when dose calculation is needed (or simply non-carrying) and medication reconciliation is needed. Same goes for the assistants and techs; simply unreachable, unreliable and unacceptable prof. behavior. Two turkeys are standing and chatting while the line grows bigger and bigger, and only one poor dingeling serves. The wait times are notoriously long and consistently like that for a decade. Fill your meds elsewhere if you possibly can. This place sucks not only for customer service, but for anything a business can suck for!
