Shoppers Drug Mart

I had a very bad experience with this store.. yesterday I went to change a gift that I got with a gift receipt when I asked the cosmeticc store Mely " how much my gift is worth?".. she told me" it's worth $55 plus tax" .So I found a facial brush system for $59, but it has to be exchange by Tammy" the maneger" .. So I came back later to see Tammy, she was nice and did all transactions without any word, then she told me to pay $28 the different. When I asked her"why"; she said" I can't discuss that with you" .But finally what I knew it that the gift I changed, I got it back for only $32.95 because my friend bought it for me with her Employee discount. I was shocked and told Tammy" you should tell before you exchange, can you plz cancel the exchange".. she refused.
I wasn't happy about what happend so I back to Tammy"the manager" today and I asked her nicely to fix what she did, but she refused again..

What she did to me was a fraud. I ask the owner of the store to found out what's happing in his store.. also I don't mind to be with them.. because she took advantage from me which is so bad and unacceptable for me.

Plz be aware from that store.

Friendly helpful staff. Close earlier but another shoppers is in Millrise

They close earlier than other shoppers locations, so don't count on them being open late. The staff is helpful. I can't comment on the pharmacy as I don't normally get my prescriptions filled here. It's a great place to go after major holidays because the candy and holiday items are deeply discounted.

Pharmacy is always so help and great, and around the store all the employees are helpful and nice, never had a bad experience here.

5 stars for the store .My husband was behind "Candace" in line at the time. He found her really rude to the cashier Emily. Emily was just trying to explain that not all shoppers are the same so not all carry groceries. And that another one would. My husband said he has never seen someone so rude to a cashier for something that wasn't even her fault. Perhaps think twice before you personally slander someone's name publicly. We have shopped at this location for years and we are always happy with the service we receive.

Great staff, especially in the pharmacy. Always helpful, with great advice. Family doctors can make mistakes, so it's good to have a pharmacist who cares enough to make sure I am getting the correct medicines in the correct amounts.

Very concerned about this pharmacy. I have been at this location for 18 months, pharmacy staff have reviewed my prescriptions twice, and have given me advice contradicting my family physician. This is a waste of our health care dollars for a service that is not useful, and not what my family doctor is advising. If I want advice, I will ask for it, then they can bill Alberta Health Care. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.
